(this is what i got when searched in google):)

My friend you can define laziness in your own way and words but it is a sin what does the bible say about laziness

proverbs:10:4;20:13

Lazy hands make a man poor,
  but diligent hands bring wealth.

Do not love sleep, lest you become poor.
Open your eyes, and you will be satisfied with food.

In the bible we can find some of those who were lazy and was in trouble

  • ESAU:010-esau-jacob.jpg

GENESIS:25:27 When the boys grew up, Esau became a man knowledgeable in hunting, an outdoorsman, while Jacob was a mild man, remaining in tents.

29 Now Jacob cooked a stew. When Esau came in from the field, he was exhausted, 30 so Esau said to Jacob, “Please feed me some of this really red stuff, because I’m exhausted”—that is why he is called Edom.

31 So Jacob said, “Sell your birthright to me today.”

32 Esau said, “Look, I’m about to die. Of whatever use is this to me—a birthright?”

33 Jacob said, “Make a pledge to me now.”

So he made a pledge to him, and sold his birthright to Jacob. [a] 34 Then Jacob gave Esau bread and lentil stew, and he ate and drank, then got up and left. So Esau despised his birthright.

ESAU WHO WENT FOR HUNTING WHICH IS A CRUCIAL PART FOR MAKING FOOD RIGHT BUT AFTER HUNTING HE WAS NOT INTERESTED I COOKING IT INSTEAD HE SOLD HIS BIRTHRIGHT FOR A STEW TO HIS BROTHER

“LAZINESS BLINDED HIS EYES”

  • DAVID

2 SAMUEL:11:1 Now it came to pass at the turn of the year, at the time when kings go out to battle, that David sent Joab and his officials with him and all Israel, and they destroyed the children of Ammon and besieged Rabbah. But David stayed in Jerusalem. One evening David rose from his bed and strolled on the roof of the royal palace. Then from the roof he saw a woman washing—a very beautiful woman.

DAVID WHO USED TO PRAY MORNING AFTERNOON AND EVENING ONCE FELT LAZY TO PRAY AND EVEN TO GO TO A WAR AS A RESULT HE FELL IN SIN

  • PETER

36 Then Yeshua comes with them to a place called Gethsemane, and He tells the disciples, “Sit here, while I go over there and pray.” 37 And He took along Peter and Zebedee’s two sons, and He began to be sorrowful and troubled. 38 Then He tells them, “My soul is deeply grieved, even to the point of death. Stay here and keep watch with Me.”40 Then He comes to the disciples and finds them sleeping; and He tells Peter, “So couldn’t you keep watch with Me for one hour? 41 Keep watching and praying, so that you won’t enter into temptation. The spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak.” 42 Again for a second time He went away and prayed, saying, “My Father, if this cannot pass away unless I drink it, let Your will be done.” 43 And again He came and found them sleeping, for their eyes were heavy. 44 So He left them again and prayed a third time, saying the same words once more. 45 Then He comes to the disciples and says to them, “Still sleeping? Taking your rest? Look, the hour is at hand, and the Son of Man is being delivered into the hands of sinners. 46 Get up, let’s go! Look, My betrayer is near.”

69 Meanwhile, Peter was sitting in the courtyard. A servant girl came over to him and said, “You also were with Yeshua of the Galilee.”

70 But he denied it before everyone, saying, “I don’t know what you’re talking about!”

71 When he went onto the porch, another servant girl saw him and said to those who were there, “This man was with Yeshua ha-Natzrati.”

72 Again he denied it with an oath: “I don’t know the Man!”

73 A little while later, some of the bystanders approached Peter and said to him, “Surely you’re one of them, too—your accent gives you away.”

74 Then he began to curse[s] and to swear an oath: “I do not know the Man!” Right then, a rooster crowed. 75 Then Peter reminded himself of the word Yeshua had said: “Before the rooster crows, you will deny Me three times.” And he went away and wept bitterly.

BECAUSE OF LAZINESS PETER DENIED THAT HE KNOW JESUS CHRIST

NOW TELL ME IS NOT THIS A SIN AGAINST GOD ?

MY FRIEND ONCE GAVE A EXTEMPORE SPEECH SHE TOOK THIS TOPIC AND SPOKE THE ADVANTAGES OF BEING LAZYlazy-300x246.png

I WAS AMAZED AND ODD TO HEAR IT

SHE SAID BECAUSE OF LAZINESS MEN HAVE CREATED CALCULATOR ,COMPUTER,ETC.;

WELL SHE MAY BE CORRECT BUT LAZINESS IS A SIN AS FAR AS WE CAN SEE ITS CONSEQUENCES SPEAKING ABOUT THIS OR WRITING A POST IN FAVOUR OF LAZINESS IS GOOD TO HEAR AND READ BUT THE TRUTH IS IT SEPARATES US FROM GOD

LOOK!

GOD GAVE EVERY MAN 24 HOURS IN A DAY HE DID NOT GIVE FEW HOURS FOR ACTIVE PERSON AND MORE HOURS IN A DAY FOR LAZY

ITS UP TO US TO UTILIZE THE GIVEN TIME CORRECTLY

TIPS TO OVERCOME LAZINESS:

WHEN YOU START A DAY IT SHOULD NEVER BE LAZY START

SO DON’T BE LAZY TO WAKE UP EARLY AND SPEND YOUR TIME IN PRAYER

  • EARLY TO BED AND EARLY TO RISE
  • BETTER START USING YOUR ALARM CLOCK FIRST FEW DAYS
  • NEVER START A DAY BY VISITING ANY SOCIAL MEDIA (JUST GIVE A TRY)
  • HAVE A GOOD DIET CONTROL
  • AVOID UNNECESSARY TALKS(U CAN DO IT)
  • FIND OUT WHERE YOU ARE SPENDING MOST OF YOUR TIME AND AVOID IT IF IT CAUSES YOU LAZINESS
  • WORK HARD(YOU MUST DO IT AND YOU WILL BE REWARDED FOR IT)
