Look above

In our day to day life we have so many problems. Sometimes the problems goes over our head like streams of gushing waters.

Our minds will be filled with many questions, fears, doubts, discouragement, and the problem itself will have a special place in our minds. At such times we may search for solutions, seek people who can help us, ask many advices and follow many procedures.

Whatever we do before begin it we must tell our Heavenly father about it. Yes, God is very much interested to solve our problems than we are.

What we often do is we fail to pray or to seek God. Because of our doubts and fears we stop our prayer.

God says in the Holy Bible, in the book of mark chapter 9 verse 23 and mark chapter 11 verse 24

We have to believe and if we believe we will recieve what we ask God.

David the psalmist says in Psalm 56 verse 3 “Lord when I am afraid, I will put my trust in You.”

David, chooses to put his faith or trust in God, we have to choose this.

Similarly in psalms 121 verses 1 and 2.

David says, “Where does my help come from? My help comes from the Lord, the maker of the heaven and the earth.” We have to look up and ask God’s help.

Everyday rise up early and look up to God and say Lord I am helpless I need you. Please help me. God will surely help you.

Hi friends, “do you want to hear what God has done for us in our family?” I would like to share the testimonies with you guys and I want to honor and praise God.

God is real and can be trusted:-)

“Blessed [with spiritual security] is the man who believes and trusts in and relies on the Lord

And whose hope and confident expectation is the Lord.”

Jeremiah:17:7

There was a man who did not believe in God; he did not believe that Jesus could help him in his life, so he thought his life was in his hands and he is the master/ruler to his life.

But his wife used to tell him about Jesus Christ and she told him “God would surely help you,” but he rejected whatever his wife told him.

 

Once he was walking through a dense forest, suddenly he sensed that someone was behind him, so when he turned back, he saw a bear standing ferociously to have him as his dinner.

Immediately, out of fear the man shouted, “Oh, God Jesus please help me.”

Well, this happened unknowingly.

But, suddenly everything became still and Jesus Christ appeared before this man.

Jesus said, “My son, do you believe me that I can save your life from this bear”.

 

Some cunning thought came to this man(If I would ask Jesus to help me, what will happen to me, I have been saying there is no God, so let us ask him to change the bear to a christian bear, so that it will not harm me)

He said, Jesus I don’t need your help, I can help myself, but change this bear as a christian bear.

So, Jesus said, “I will do it” then he disappeared. 

So, this man turned to see what happened to the bear. 

The bear knelt down and closed his eyes, joined his hands and prayed “Lord Jesus, thank you for this dinner, Amen.”

My friends, let not the pride stand against God; God is real, we cannot neglect his presence 

Do not say there is no God

Bible says in, 

Psalm 14:1 Amplified Bible (AMP)

Folly and Wickedness of Men.

To the Chief Musician. A Psalm of David.

1 The [spiritually ignorant] fool has said in his heart, “There is no God.”

    They are corrupt, they have committed repulsive and unspeakable deeds;

     There is no one who does good.

God is good all the times, if you surely believe in him and ask his forgiveness and help; He will do it .

Acts:17

²⁸ For in Him we live and move and exist [that is, in Him we actually have our being], as even some of your own poets have said, ‘For we also are His children.’

Once there lived a doctor named George, he was serving the poor in a village, he loved to serve them, he was really sincere; He had a friend named Stephen who believes in Christ Jesus; they both were best friends.

Stephen used to speak about God’s love to George, but many times George rejected it, sometimes he listened for his friend’s satisfaction.

One day, Stephen talked about Jesus to George, George could not control himself, so he busted at his friend and told him he should never speak about Jesus to him

Many days later, Stephen came to George and said My friend, I am not here to make you angry, but let me say a bible verse to you,

“Call on Me in the day of trouble;
I will rescue you, and you shall honor and glorify Me.”

If you have any problem or trouble call Jesus He will surely help you.

George said, I don’t need it, I can take care of myself.

Many months later, there was a knock at Dr.George door; it was midnight and raining heavily.

When he opened his door, he saw a small girl child standing shivering in the chillness of the rain.

So, Dr.George called her inside and asked her why she knocked the door.

 

The girl said her mother was ill, so she came to buy some medicine; but she did not know the shop and since it was raining, she came to his home.

Dr.George, gave her a bottle of medicine and said be careful while going to home.

 

Then he locked the door; and went to have some water; it was then he noticed, that he had given her a wrong bottle, and it was a harmful medicine for that child’s mother; so he was really in a great trouble.

He did not know what to do; he went to the street to search the child, but it was vain because George did not know which direction the girl went.

So, he came to his room and cried and cried and cried.

Suddenly, he remembered the verse his friend Stephen told him, so he said

Lord Jesus I do not know how to pray but my friend has told me to tell this verse and pray,

“Call on Me in the day of trouble;
I will rescue you, and you shall honor and glorify Me.”

please help me; I cannot do anything now.

Please help me Lord.

Now, he again heard the knock at his door; Dr.George felt like many people would be standing there, to beat him and kill him ; then he opened the door , he saw that, girl child was standing there again, but she was crying miserably.

Dr.George, asked what happened?Did you gave that medicine to your mother?

The child told Doctor; when I was about to reach my home, I fell down hitting a stone and the bottle of medicine that, you gave me was broken, Please Dr. give me another medicine.

She cried.

Dr.George cannot withstand his joy, he said, “come on, I will come with you now and give the medicine by myself.”

Then He praised Jesus and accepted that he is God.

My friend God is real and he can be trusted!!!

An Intimacy with God

Just start by reading a scripture for you;

John:17:21,22,23

²¹ that they all may be one; just as You, Father, are in Me and I in You, that they also may be one in Us, so that the world may believe [without any doubt] that You sent Me.²² I have given to them the glory and honor which You have given Me, that they may be one, just as We are one; ²³ I in them and You in Me, that they may be perfected and completed into one, so that the world may know [without any doubt] that You sent Me, and [that You] have loved them, just as You have loved Me.

“Intimacy” is the close relationship you are having with someone.

Why should one have an intimacy with God?

• To know more about God
• To speak and communicate with God
• To be with God
• More than anything I can tell you; it is because God desires to have a close relationship with us

What does Bible say about Intimacy with God?

^Genesis:5:24 And [in reverent fear and obedience] Enoch walked with God; and he was not [found among men], because God took him [away to be home with Him].

^Genesis:6:9 These are the records of the generations (family history) of Noah. Noah was a righteous man [one who was just and had right standing with God], blameless in his [evil] generation; Noah walked (lived) [in habitual fellowship] with God.

^{Deuteronomy:34:10} Since that time no prophet has risen in Israel like Moses, whom the Lord knew face to face, ¹¹ [none equal to him] in all the signs and wonders which the Lord sent him to perform in the land of Egypt against Pharaoh, all his servants, and all his land, ¹² and in all the mighty power and all the great and terrible deeds which Moses performed in the sight of all Israel.

1Kings:17:1 Now Elijah the Tishbite, who was of the settlers of Gilead, said to Ahab, “As the Lord, the God of Israel lives, before whom I stand, there shall be neither dew nor rain these years, except by My word.”

^John:13:23 One of His disciples, whom Jesus loved (esteemed), was leaning against Jesus’ chest. ²⁴ So Simon Peter motioned to him (John) and [quietly] asked [him to ask Jesus] of whom He was speaking. ²⁵ Then leaning back against Jesus’ chest, he (John) asked Him [privately], “Lord, who is it?”

 Galatians:2:²⁰ I have been crucified with Christ [that is, in Him I have shared His crucifixion]; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body I live by faith [by adhering to, relying on, and completely trusting] in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself up for me. (Paul)

Intimacy with God in our days:

Is it possible to spend time with God in these modern days?

Yes my friend it is possible to speak with God

When we spend time for God everyday of our life we can feel his mighty and beautiful presence 

I am listing here few of those who had a close walk with God{I know only few but there are many in the army of God } You are also one!!!

What should I do to have an intimate relation with God?

• A good and clean life
• God speaks with us when we read our Bible regularly
• Prayer is the medium God has chosen for mankind
• The SPIRIT OF THE LORD will help us to walk close to God
• It is important to be filled with God’s holy spirit
• Spend time in speaking in tongues
• Be kind and loving 

Remember:
God desires to walk with you

who can help me?

1. what should I do now?
2. who will be with me in this situation?
3. where can I look for a help?
4. who can help me?
5. how will I get out of this situation.

If alone someone helps me; I will be able to live;if my life is reset again; it would be good.

like these, there were many questions in my mind.

I expected my family to do it, my well wishers could do it, but how much hard they tried, I did not saw any help.

they can’t help me, even if they are willing to do

my friends and those I thought as faithful also did not do it

because the reason is:

I know that I know that I need a miracle!!!

but a gentle man visited me; though I know about him, I did not seek his help, but when i saw him, i recognised him, he said I LOVE YOU, I CAN DO THIS, IF YOU ALLOW ME TO DO, BUT ,WILL YOU LOVE ME?

I thought why should he expect my love, he could expect money or gold in return

he showed his love to me, that I understood this much love he loves me, he was with me in that situation, but yet I did not recognise him

yet he came forward to show me his love 

I believed him, I told him my situation and he said I WILL TAKE CARE OF IT, suddenly I felt a great relief, my burden was gone, when i turn back i can see that problem has gone, i felt it

he did a miracle

he conquered it and helped me gain victory

well you might have identified who was that 

yes it is JESUS MY SAVIOUR

HE LIVES WITH YOU, THOUGH YOU MAY NOT RECOGNISE HIS PRESENCE IN YOUR TIME OF TROUBLE; DON’T FORGET TO TELL HIM, HE WILL TAKE CARE OF IT, BECAUSE HE LOVES YOU!!

AMEN

The cross

I THOUGHT I AM PERFECT AND I HAVE GAINED MANY THINGS IN MY LIFE. I WAS VERY MUCH PROUD OF MY ACCOMPLISHMENTS AND I BOASTED EVERY SILLY THING THAT I DID WAS CORRECT.

BUT ONE DAY I CAME TO A PLACE WHERE I FOUND MYSELF BEFORE AN UGLY CROSS AND I SAW A MAN CRUCIFIED; I THOUGHT, HE IS SO POOR AND SO MUCH SYMPATHETIC AND I CRIED FOR HIS SUFFERING

BUT; WHEN I LOOK CLOSER TO THIS CROSS, I SAW NOT A MAN, BUT I SAW GOD HIMSELF WAS THERE; HE WAS SUFFERING FROM HUGE PAIN , I THOUGHT IT WAS THE PAIN OF HIS WOUNDS, BUT THEN I UNDERSTOOD; HE WAS THERE FOR ME!!!

HE WAS IN THE PAIN OF MY SINS AND WEAKNESS

HE HUNG THERE FOR ME!!

I BOWED MY HEAD IN WEARY AND SHAME I REGRETTED FOR MY THOUGHTS 

AGAIN; I LIFTED MY HEAD TO SEE HIM, NOW I SAW HIM AS A PRINCE OF GLORY ,NOT AS A SINNER

I SAID; OH HIS HEAD HAS A CROWN OF THORNS, HE IS NAKED, BLOOD OOZES OUT FROM HIS BODY IN EACH AND EVERY PART 

I SAW, NOT ONLY THE BLOOD BUT THE LOVE FOR ME!!

SO; NOW I UNDERSTOOD THIS LOVE IS SO AMAZING, THE THINGS WHICH I WAS ONCE HAPPY AND BOASTED OVER, SEEMED ZERO TO ME 

HIS LOVE; HIS COMPASSION; HIS HEART; BROKE MY PROUDNESS AND I CRIED NOT FOR HIM; BUT FOR ME, I WAS A SINNER, I NAILED HIM THERE 

OH HOW MAD I WAS; I DID THIS TOO HIM 

BUT THIS LOVE EXPECTS MY LOVE IN RETURN, SO I DECIDED TO LOVE HIM WHOLEHEARTEDLY!

When I survey the wondrous cross

Holyspirit as your Friend

Hi it is such a joy to meet you all again.

Do you have a friend?

We all have friends from our neighborhood, school, office with whom we laugh with, spend time with, play and have fun.

But when we face troubles we hardly have a friend to stay with us. Some have friends like brothers and sisters we must thank God for them also. But at somepoint of time we would be feeling like ” I need someone who can understand me, know me from in me, know things that could help me and someone with whom i can share all my heart”

Holyspirit is the best friend God has given to humanity.

You can talk to Holyspirit and He will surely 100% talk with you.

You can rely on Holyspirit with your problems He will surely 100% help you.

You can share your heart with Holyspirit He will secure you and protect you 100%.

Holyspirit is none other than God Himself.

God abiding in us in the form of Lord Holsypirit.

Ask God to come into your heart today and He will become your best friend.

Amen.
